Yes, every Nectar mattress is backed by our Forever Warranty, which guarantees the construction, materials, and durability of the mattress for as long as you own it.
How is the mattress shipped and delivered?
Your mattress is compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a manageable box directly to your door via FedEx. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States.
Do I need to flip my Nectar mattress?
No, Nectar mattresses are designed with a specific layered construction including a stabilizing base and cooling top layers, so they should never be flipped.
What kind of bed frame or base can I use?
Nectar mattresses work on most frames, including box springs, divans, slatted bases, platform beds, and even adjustable bases, provided they offer firm support.
How long does it take for the mattress to expand?
Once unboxed, your Nectar mattress will typically expand to its full shape within 24 to 72 hours, though you can sleep on it the very first night.
